Earlier today the SoMee.Social team joined the Cryptoscreen Community Telegram to connect with the community and answer any questions they had relating to SoMee mission, tech, progress on our journey so far, recent updates and our plans moving forward. Christopher Kramer Founder&CEO SoMee.Social can’t attend this event, so Aaron Kesel business development leader at SoMee.Social took part in a particularly exciting AMA session which included introductions, questions from twitter, and a live AMA session with the Telegram community. Aaron Kesel :
I am a business development leader. I help SoMee develop business connections. I also work as an alternative media journalist for numerous online websites so ill be bringing a good majority of alternative media to SoMee.
We have a plethora of partnerships in the works. Some I can speak on others I am not at liberty to divulge right now.

Can you please explain to us what SoMee.Social is?
Aaron Kesel :
A social media platform that allows users to monetize their posts with peer to peer rewards as well as pages/content with ad share market place. We also respect users data and allow users a unique data control panel.
Question 2 :
What is the significant thing that really distinguishes this project from other projects, and why should I choose this project?
Aaron Kesel :
Somee allows monetization of rewards while respecting user data instead of selling it without user consent as others do. Somee also enables users who are believers in the project to stack Gfuel (voting power) on the network. By staking Gfuel on the network users increase their Gfuel and voting power with interest. So powering up onG into Gfuel is ideal for long term hodlers.

What is the name of the token from this project? and where is the exchange ready to accept the trade?
Aaron Kesel :
onG tradeable on Probit, IDEX, Hotbit, Bancor, Uniswap, Gnosis Dex and more coming. Check Coingecko. :)
Question 4:
For the road map, how far is the progress of ONG1? and what will be next for this year and in the years to come?
Aaron Kesel :
We have been in beta since last year. We expect to be out of beta in the next few weeks shifting into post beta then release candidate. We are getting ready to launch and start a massive marketing push with celebs and influencers as well as music artists we are bringing on board. In the next couple months we will be integrating ad share market place and video integration.
Question 5:
Is the Gfuel token a product of somee? how is the potential of this token going forward? and is it ready to be traded too?
Aaron Kesel :
Gfuel is an internal asset in the SoMee ecosystem. The only tradeable currency off of platform is onG. Gfuel is swapable to SoMee Points and then onG at 1:1:1 basis. So no Gfuel isn’t tradeable only onG is.

Question 1:
As a crypto that moves based on social media. what is the main target that somee social wants to achieve for the community? and what will somee socials gave to community as incentive for being Somer support ecosystem ?
Aaron Kesel :
Users of SoMee are rewarded in SoMee Points, G-fuel and G-bucks each digital asset has its role in our ecosystem. To start G-bucks is used to boosts post and to interact in our ad share market place. G-fuel and SoMee Points are internal points within SoMee. G-fuel is voting power and Somee Points are a digital points system used for in the future paying for prizes and other internal site functions like buying a sticker pack, themes on the site for your page etc.
G-fuel is voting power as previously mentioned, by staking G-fuel in our ecosystem you are constantly increasing your voting strength in USD value. This makes what we call "powering up" SoMee Points very lucrative for the user. In addition to an interest being applied to the stake of your gfuel over time, when a user posts on SoMee G-fuel is earned along with SoMee Points and G-bucks.
Rewards on SoMee are split into two types, post rewards for the author and rewards for the upvoter or curator of content. As previously mentioned by powering up SoMee Points or buying onG and staking more g-fuel you increase your voting power, this is then matched against the price of onG to determine your voting strength in USD value. For every upvote you give, you receieve back 50%. So if your voting value is worth $1 you will receieve back .50 cents for every upvote untitl you deplete your voting power which depletes every 10 votes at 100% power by 2%. Curator rewards are paid out in SoMee Points, and G-fuel.
Author rewards are paid out in G-fuel, G-bucks and Somee Points split.

What do you think of Indonesia’s target market for somee itself ? What is the biggest target Indonesian market , what’s your expectasion ?
Aaron Kesel :
Its social media with a monetized flavor we are welcoming anyone and everyone from around the world.
Question 3:
Tokens from all projects have main utility & practical goals! So can you tell us what the main role of GFUEL is in your ecosystem? Explain the utility and use cases in the real world?
Aaron Kesel :
G-fuel is voting power on our platform its utility serves as a way for users to increase their voting power and earn more on our platform. onG is used for ad share staking up to 80%.

What is your goal to create somee and what you get from it ? and please tell us a little bit about the process of creating somee developer team itself !
Aaron Kesel :
Social media is becoming more and more censored every day. Where as we have to censor illegal content like every other social media site, free speech is a different story. Unfortunately legacy social media companies are cracking down on free speech which is incredibly scary. Besides that, traditional social media sites sell your user data and package it up for the biggest buyer. SoMee respects user data and doesn’t sell it without your consent. All data on our platform is yours, you can choose to share whatever data you want and monetize it through staking our cryptocurrency onG or turn ads off if you don’t want them. onG will also have other utility benefits on the platform, one that we can discuss today is NFTs or minitng non fungible tokens.
Question 5:
I’d like to know more about your monetization options, how do you evaluate Users support and what plans do you have to reward the users and expand it? in based of Likes, viewers or follwers??
Aaron Kesel :
Every user has voting power when a user gets likes on a post that post has its USD value increase. This is one way that SoMee allows users to monetize their posts, through post rewards and peer to peer interaction. We will also enable you to stake our cryptocurrency for ad share in the very near future. As far as followers go the more you have the more that see your content. We will also integrate Air Time by BitTube to allow our users to earn $TUBE while viewing videos on the site and integratte our own native video upload system. We plan on adding several cryptocurrencies into our rewards ecosystem so users can earn more and cross post/upload content.

Verifying Content Authenticity and Legitimacy of contents remains an Herculean Task, What Criteria and measures are in place to ensure that only legitimate content are posted on your platform
Aaron Kesel :
We have a robust review and terms of service that ensures that people post quality content as well as an active community that can upvote (like) and downvote (dislike) posts that both reward and punish for good and bad content.

Protecting users/member data and privacy has become a problem that many companies/projects must face in their development.
Aaron Kesel :
G-fuel is nothing more than voting power, however, for your wallet actions and logging into your account we have 2 factor authentication in place to protect your account and funds. In regards to members data/privacy we don’t sell your data like other social companies we allow you to share that data and monetize it if you choose.

Currently, there are so many new social media platforms coming like EOS voice and many others also they providing many features so can you please explain what’s advance in SoMee platform which varieties of advance feature SoMee platform offer to users?
Aaron Kesel :
The voting system, our algorithm, ad share market place allowing users and advertisers to interact together, influencers on board and team. Beisdes that in the future NFTs and some other features we have planned. We will be re-defining the social media experience our slogan.
Question 9:
Can you briefly explain how the Top milestones that the #SoMee team aims to execute before the end of this year or going to execute in future, will help you succeed and What you may look like in 2020 and beyond?
Aaron Kesel :
Ad share market place integration and native video will be coming before the end of this year. We soft launched last Friday and are currently fixing our reward system this should be fixed in a few hours. After that we will start a hard markeing push with some of our influencers and celebrities that will cause a bit of a media stir. We are at the moment preparing for this push and putting the finalizing touches onto our current beta platform.

As we know, every succesful project has a few stories behind the scene, what’s the story behind SoMee success? Are there any special prototypes or upcoming SoMee updates that you want to show/share with us?

SoMee started in 2012 as One Name Global inc. ours a story of tremendous stride and hard work from our founder Christopher Kramer there has already been a previous platform without the crypto intetgration. We took what we learned from the past and will be deploying our lessons learned in the fuure of the project. Sure we can share some screenshots of the coming web u.i. with you all.

We have some massive influencers that will be promoting SoMee including celebs some big names everyone in the world will know thanks to our advisers Jamie Gold, Lirone Glikman and Dr. Jen Welter as well as our marketing team.

What is the Main Advantages of Blockchain based Social Media Platform over traditional Platform?
How will Non- Crypto People will get Attracted towards it?
Aaron Kesel :
The entire network is gamified so users won’t even know they are using crypto. We also have an exciting partnership that we are going to announce soon with a payment provider that will allow fiat transcations for our Gfuel power up packages as well as give our users a crypto spendable debt card. So to answer your question normal non crypto people won’t even know its crypto. :)

What’s any benefits to GFUEL holders? What role does GFUEL play in the Monetize Blockchain?

Gfuel holders accumulate interest and stake in the network if the price of onG goes up your voting strength in usd increases if it goes down it decreases. However if u hold gfuel u are always accumulating more Gfuel.

Hellow sir I have signup to your AMazing social media SOMEE.Social. It was really nice. Dashboard is like FACEBOOk. So im very amazed that if I can earn money from a social media. In facebook or twitter i didnt earn nothing staying all the time in social medias.

Hello you can earn by getting likes on your posts and in future staking for ad revenue share. We also plan on integrating other cryptos like Lbry, Hive, BitTube and others into our ecosystem for cross earning potential.

How do you think with Asia market? Does SoMee team have any plan approach INDONESIA which the potential market in crypto, there have many great teams and investors want work and earn money from crypto?
Aaron Kesel :
Currently we are focused on the general population no specific geocentric location.

I am a a Content Provider and Vlogger on YouTube, what's the incentive for me to switch to Somee? What's your competitive advantage
I am a Translator with over 20 languages spoken, do you need translation for contents to be delivered on Somee to suit local audience.

Security is important in all social media! Regarding the recent hack on Twitter, how does SoMee protect its users? what kind of security do you use? Are we safe with you? Thanks.
Aaron Kesel :
Twitter was hacked due to an employee on the inside and having his dashboard taken over. To start we don’t have the ability to send posts to your feed. We can delete posts but will only do so if you violate laws by posting illegal content we have to remove. As for security we have 2 factor authentication available for users to enable and Id recommend using protonmail an encrypted email to setup ur account. So your account is behind an an encrypted email address i.e. harder to hack.

- SoMee. Social is capable of supporting multiple blockchains and cryptocurrencies? Is there a Fiat entry?
- SoMee. Social is it aimed at the general public, or is it focused on the crypto community? Which audience is your target?
Aaron Kesel :
Yes there will be a fiat entry and ease of use for the general public. Our target audience is everyone sick of social media censorship and those censored who have had their ad revenue livelihood taken away.

How can people participate in a staking program, what do they get later? I mean that is an advantage in staking the onG.
Aaron Kesel :
Staking onG only unlocks ad revenue share. Staking Gfuel voting power unlocks staking rewards. Its a two pronged eco system using staking pretty cool right?

What is your strategy to marketing and for Mass Adoption? What message do you want to send to community through AMA today?
